- You’re currently active duty military, or you’re a veteran, honorably discharged.

Randy is the Co-Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer for Geneva Financial’s Greater New Orleans, LA mortgage branch. He has come from being an at risk youth in the city of New Orleans, struggling single teenage father, being homeless in 2005 doing Hurricane Katrina to buying his first home and investing in real estate in 2006, at the young age of 26. Randy has been a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer since 2008, so he’s been around the real estate and mortgage industry and is well versed in all the changes that have come and gone.
As an established Mortgage Loan Officer and Real Estate Investor, Randy has become a trusted advocate for home-ownership in the communities he serves. Growing through the challenges of Hurricane Katrina is what ignited his desire and passion for community outreach, community engagement and housing development.
Randy is a proud father to 6 amazing children – (in a New Orleans voice; YEAH 6!) … he and his beautiful wife are always on their toes with them all.
